As founder of SHANKY FRANKIE, I have over 15 years of experience in the retail and food industry, where I have created and delivered innovative and delightful products and services to customers. I have played a key role in launching Diwali Blend coffee at CCD, pioneering India's specialty coffee movement at SHANKY FRANKIE ,

I am passionate about building self-motivated, highly capable, and super efficient teams that share my vision and values. I am also a SCA certified coffee trainer and a licensed Q grader, with a deep knowledge and appreciation of specialty coffee. My mission is to build India's most loved FRANKIE(rolls), brand, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
